Advanced Inspection Process and Methodology
Your Blueprint to Zero-Defect Manufacturing
We begin with comprehensive Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) as necessary to establish inspection criteria, measurement methodologies, and documentation requirements. Our quality engineers analyze your drawings, specifications, and critical characteristics to develop customized inspection protocols that ensure 100% compliance with your requirements.
Every new part undergoes rigorous first article inspection to ensure compliance with all requirements and specifications. As required, we document all dimensions, create balloon drawings, and provide comprehensive FAI reports including actual measurements, deviation analysis, and capability studies. Our dual vision inspection systems enable rapid inspection of complex geometries with automatic edge detection and pattern recognition.
Statistical Process Control (SPC) monitoring tracks critical dimensions throughout production. We implement control plans with inspection frequencies based on your specific part requirements and CTQ characteristics.
Comprehensive final inspection includes dimensional verification, visual inspection, and functional testing where required. We utilize our climate-controlled quality lab to ensure measurement consistency. All measurements are documented and recorded with full traceability to raw material certifications.
Complete quality packages include inspection reports, certificates of conformance, material certifications, and any customer-specific documentation. We provide digital delivery via secure portal with 10-year data retention. Our documentation meets requirements for ISO 9001, and AIAG PPAP Manual Fourth Edition.
