Precision Press Brake Bending & Forming
For Complex, Repeatable Parts
Ten CNC press brakes. Tight, repeatable angles. One part to one million.
Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing delivers precision press brake bending and forming that turns flat blanks into accurate, repeatable formed parts — brackets, enclosures, channels, panels, and complex multi-bend components. With ten CNC press brakes, 65+ years of metal-forming expertise, and ISO 9001:2015 certification, we hold tight angular and dimensional tolerances across every run while keeping your parts in-house from laser cutting through forming, welding, and assembly.
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified with quality system in place since 2001
- 65+ Years of precision metal forming expertise
- 10 CNC Press Brakes with multi-axis backgauging and angle measurement
- 180,000+ sq ft of integrated cutting, forming, and assembly capacity
Press Brake Bending & Forming Services Overview
CNC Forming Precision, Fully Integrated
Our press brake operations combine CNC control, multi-axis backgauging, robotics, and in-process angle measurement to produce accurate, repeatable bends in steel, stainless, and aluminum. Because forming sits alongside our six laser cutting systems, 30+ stamping presses, welding cells, machining centers, and assembly division, your parts move from blank to finished component without leaving the building — eliminating handoffs, freight, and tolerance drift.
Core Technical Specifications:
- Press capacity: up to 350 tons, with a fleet spanning light-gauge to heavy forming
- Bend length: up to 14 ft for large panels and enclosures
- Material thickness: 0.010″ to 0.500″ depending on material and bend length
- Angular tolerance: ±0.5° typical, tighter with adaptive angle correction
- Materials: carbon steel, stainless (300/400 series), aluminum (2000–7000 series), and more
- Production volume: prototype runs to 1,000,000+ formed parts annually
Forming is performed on ten CNC press brakes with multi-axis backgauges, a comprehensive tooling library for standard and specialty profiles, offline programming for fast changeover and robotic integration— ensuring consistent results from the first part to the last.

Why Choose Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing for Press Brake Forming
Forming That Never Leaves the Building
When forming is just one step in a larger part, every handoff to an outside shop adds lead time, freight, and tolerance risk. Our ten press brakes sit alongside laser cutting, stamping, welding, machining, wire forming, fastener distribution and assembly — so your formed parts go from blank to finished component under one roof, with single-source accountability and consistent quality.

Frequently Asked Questions
Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing – Your idea. Our ingenuity. A perfect match.
We typically hold ±0.5° on bend angles, with tighter results using adaptive angle correction and in-process measurement. Flange and hole-to-bend dimensions are controlled through accurate blanks, offline-programmed sequences, and SPC monitoring across the run. We will review your critical characteristics during DFM to confirm achievable tolerances.
Our fleet forms bend lengths up to 14 ft and material thicknesses from 0.010″ to 0.500″, depending on material and bend length, at capacities up to 350 tons. With ten brakes spanning light-gauge to heavy forming, we match each part to the right machine for accuracy and efficiency.
Yes. Offline programming and a broad tooling library make us efficient at 10 parts or 1,000,000. We scale seamlessly from prototype through production while maintaining consistent quality and pricing that rewards volume commitments.
We do. Blanks are laser-cut or stamped in-house, and downstream welding, hardware insertion, machining, finishing, and assembly are all available — so you get a finished component from a single source rather than coordinating multiple vendors.
