After six decades, we’ve probably seen the product you need.
Since 1958, our roots have been in metal stamping. But today it’s about metal fabrication of virtually every kind, in every metal type and stock, and through numerous processes. We’ve perfected proprietary means of forming metal to simplify production and deliver higher quality products. Our name says Wisconsin Stamping, but there’s a world of metal fabrication that goes on in our state-of-the-art, ISO 9001 facilities.

From our humble beginnings in a garage nearly 70 years ago, we have evolved into a multi-disciplinary manufacturer with two state-of-the-art facilities covering over 200,000 square feet. Our modern facilities boast the latest in manufacturing technology, automation and robotics and a team that is second to none.
Visit us for a tour and you will see ISO 9001 facilities geared for efficiencies and responsiveness to best serve our customers. Continued investment in the latest technology throughout our facilities provides our customers repeatability and the highest quality components. But while we have the facilities and the equipment, our biggest assets are the experienced team members who know how to solve problems and manufacture what you need as efficiently as possible.

Virtually every type of metal fabrication service is housed in our facilities, from complex stamping operations to full CNC machining, Swiss turning, robotic and manual welding, flat and tube laser processing, brake bending, thread rolling, wire forming and more. And rather than deliver components alone, our experienced staff, in conjunction with our in-house fastener division (WorldSource Fasteners), can deliver full assemblies and kitted products directly to your production line.

Our Story
Milestones
- 2007: Machining division established to serve unique customer needs
- 2009: MedVed Tool & Die acquired, expanding expertise in reeds, compound/progressive stamping, and tooling
- 2010: Wire & Metal Specilaities (DexM) acquired, adding wire forms, thread-rolling, unique stamping capabilities, strengthened fabrication abilities, automated welding and fastener distribution (WorldSource Fasteners)
Milestones
- 2011: Built a state-of-the-art facility in Germantown, Wisconsin, equipped with the latest in metal working technology. Added laser cutting equipment for plate steel cutting up to 1″ and fully automated, robotic wire forming cells
- 2013: Further increased wire forming, fabrication, and machining capacity
- 2014: Added precision measurement technologies for manufacturing tolerences to 1/10,000″

- 2015: Doubled on-site tooling capabilities to reduce custom tool build times
- 2016: Increased wire forming and fabrication capabilities
- 2017: Doubled facility footprint to 120,000 square feet and added machining, fabrication and wire-forming technologies
- 2018: Added Swiss machining capabilities

- 2020: Added Servo press technology
- 2022: Doubled laser capacity with additional fully automated machinery and increased forming capabilities
- 2023: Acquired DJS Manufacturing, significantly increasing machining and fabrication capacity
