Fan & Light Guard Services Overview
Wire Forming, Welding & Finishing Under One Roof
Our guard manufacturing brings together CNC wire forming, stamping, press-brake forming, and automated welding to produce finger guards, fan grilles, cage guards, light cages, and custom protective enclosures. Because we form, weld, and finish in-house, every guard meets dimensional, safety, and aesthetic requirements without the variability and lead time of multi-vendor sourcing.
Core Technical Specifications:
- Wire diameter: 0.091” to 0.500″ in steel, stainless, and galvanized wire
- Guard formats: spiral and concentric-ring fan guards, finger guards, light cages, machine grilles
- Welding: automated resistance (cross-wire), MIG, TIG, and laser welding for high-strength joints
- Forming: CNC wire forming with multi-plane bends; press-brake formed frames and mounts
- Finishes: powder coat, e-coat, electroplating, hot-dip and electro-galvanizing, passivation
- Production volume: prototype runs to 1,000,000+ units annually
- Fixture and Tooling Design: in-house toolroom to efficiently produce necessary tooling/fixtures
Guard wires and components are produced in house on our automated precision CNC wire formers, stamping presses, and press brakes, joined in automated welding cells, and finished in-house or through qualified partners — delivering compliant, corrosion-resistant guards with consistent fit and appearance.
