Compression Limiters

Compression limiters are used in plastic and other applications to protect the assembly for a compressive load generated by the tightening of bolts.  Compression limiters protect the integrity of the assembly by strengthening the plastic and resisting the load that is applied.  Common applications include plastic molding, rubber molding, fiberglass molding and hole liners for a variety of materials.  

Wisconsin Stamping manufactures compression limiters from a variety of materials and in a variety of configurations to meet your individual specifications.  In addition, our split seam compression limiters are available with coined impressions to increase adhesion during the molding process.
